Agreement on the release and use of photo/film recordings (model release) in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation

I hereby grant the University of Bayreuth the free and irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use the photo(s), sound and film recordings made of me in the context of the GO Forschung event (consent of the person depicted in accordance with Art. 6 I a) DSGVO). In terms of content, the right includes the use in print media, on television via all distribution channels, on the Internet, in social networks, in newsletters, on CD, DVD and other storage media, including those that were not yet developed or known at the time of the agreement, for the purpose of external presentation of the University of Bayreuth (e.g. UBTaktuell, various university websites), regardless of whether these purposes already existed or were known at the time the agreement was concluded. The right of use also includes digitization and electronic image processing, such as retouching or montage.

I certify that the information provided in this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge. Furthermore I agree to inform the Gender Equality Service Centre immediately of any changes and amendments. I have taken note of the information provided in and regarding this application as well as the notice about the storage of personal data.
